You may be required to provide such personal information to us when ordering a product. You will know when this information is being collected because you will be asked to complete and submit a form. We use this information to deliver products to customers, and to provide support to our customers. Should you choose to join our free newsletter service you will be asked to fill out a form and submit it. You will not be put on such a list automatically. For your protection you will receive a response requiring you to validate your subscription. Your email address will never be shared and you may quit the newsletter at any time. Formare Design is committed to offering you a secure shopping experience. All transmission of personal information is encrypted with the latest technology to ensure that your information cannot be intercepted. To ensure confidentiality, Formare Design receives only the information necessary to fulfill your order. At no time does PSiGate or PayPal disclose any information regarding your credit card details to us. In addition, the information we do receive (your shipping address & email) is treated as private and confidential. If you prefer not to use our online ordering system, you may give us your information by telephone, or pay by check or money order.

Formare Design e-postcard Acceptable Use Policy

1. The Formare Design e-postcard sender will not use the service for chain letters, junk mail, spamming or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process.
2. The Formare Design e-postcard sender will not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature or any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.
3. The Formare Design e-postcard sender agrees not to use the service for illegal purposes.
4. The Formare Design e-postcard sender recognizes and accepts that e-postcards are not intended to be an anonymous email service. Every Formare Design e-postcard sent includes the IP (Internet Protocol) address from which the login session originated. With this header information, the source of a message can be narrowed dramatically (often directly to your computer). This is done for the protection of e-postcards recipients.
5. The sender acknowledges and agrees that Formare Design neither endorses the contents of any user communications nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising there from or any crime facilitated thereby. Formare Design is not responsible for any failure of email sent through this service to reach their intended recipients. The material through this service are subject to change without notice.

Formare Design Use of User email Addresses

Formare Design does not sell or distribute the email addresses of anyone using the Formare Design e-postcard system. The only time Formare Design will intentionally release information concerning Formare Design e-postcard communications is to:

1. conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Formare Design e-postcards;
2. protect and defend the rights or property of Formare Design e-postcard;
3. act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its Users or the public; or
4. address past violation of the Acceptable Use Policy and to prevent future violations.
